How do I know if the quality of image is good enough?
Here are some simple tips:
- Type of files : .jpg, .tif, .png, .psd, .eps, .ai and .pdf.
- If you have Adobe InDesign or other similar Artwork file, you should export your file as EPS file for us to use.
- High resolution images work best. The higher the resolution the sharper and larger the image can be. For file that fail to upload using our online tool, please contact us for method of delivery.
- Photos taken using a camera larger than 8-mega pixels will work best.
- In most cases, we require at least 3000 pixels x 3000 pixels at 300dpi.
- DO NOT ENLARGE/RESAMPLE THE ORIGINAL FILE TO MEET ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
- Just because a file meets all above requirements, does not mean it will print well. Our graphic team will do the final judgement and checking.
- AI and EPS files, in vectorized formats, will enlarge without any loss of resolution, but please make sure all linework and artwork is clean and will enlarge and look good. Any image file contained in the artwork must meet the minimum dpi requirements stated above.
- If you are not sure on the image quality, please contact us for assistant.
